What happens after I place my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder.
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
Can I cancel my order after purchase?
If you contact us before your order is shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund.
If your order has already shipped, a return process will be required
What if I entered the wrong address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please email us immediately with the subject line “URGENT” so we can update it before dispatch.
If a package fails to deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, unfortunately we cannot offer compensation.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 2–4 days for tracking updates to appear.

Where does my order ship from?
Aroha Store is a small business that works with trusted logistics partners worldwide. This allows us to ship to multiple countries while keeping prices accessible for our customers.
Lost or stolen orders
Aroha Store is not responsible for orders that are marked as delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. We do not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered.
